Casa Rosada, part of the new wave of architectural innovations in the area around Pie de Gigante, Nicaragua, is now available for rent. Completed in February of 2008, Casa Rosada overlooks the beautiful Pacific, up in the hills above the Bahia del Gigante.

Located about a kilometer up the road from Gigante Beach, this is one of the very few homes available for long or short rentals. Two bedrooms provide easy accomodation for 4, plus other areas that can serve as sleeping quarters for up to 4 more people.

Just a short walk down the road toward Gigante is the Hotel Brio, the new social center of Gigante, where you can eat breakfast and lunch, use the Internet, or just enjoy a Nica Libre in the beautiful bar. Casa Rosada is managed by the staff of the Hotel Brio.
